Board of Director Meetings
Board of Director Meetings are usually held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. Please call the Administration department in advance to make sure the meeting has not been cancelled or rescheduled. Meetings are open to the public and held at 900 Bay Area Blvd.


Management of the Authority
The Authority is governed by a board of five directors which has control over and management supervision of all affairs of the Authority. All of the Directors reside and own taxable property within the Authority. Directors of the Authority are elected to serve four-year staggered terms, and elections are held in even-numbered years.
