Setting Up New Water Service

Ways To Request New Water Service:

  • Come into the office during business hours.

    • Fill out an application, show account holders driver's license and pay the deposit.*

  • Drop-off application and required materials (Available 24/7).
    (Required materials are listed below*)

    • Drop boxes are located to the right of the front door and at the parking lot entrance.

      • Not recommended to drop off cash deposits

  • Mail-in application and required materials.
    (Required materials are listed below*)

    • ​Mail to 900 Bay Area Blvd, Houston TX 77058

      • Not recommended to mail cash deposits

If you can not print out the application (link provided below). Please call 281-488-1164 and request an application to be mailed or faxed to you.

*The deposit for a residential homeowner or renter is $100.00. Your request for service can not be processed without a completed application, copy of the account holders driver’s license, and deposit in the form of cash, personal check, money order, or cashiers check.

Discontinuing Existing Water Service

Please contact customer service during business hours at 281-488-1164

and provide us with your name, service address or account number, forwarding address, phone number, and a date for disconnection

Once you terminate your service, your initial deposit will be applied to your final bill. If the initial deposit is higher than your final bill, any remaining balance will be mailed to your forwarding address via check. If the deposit does not completely cover your final bill we will send an invoice to your forwarding address.
